Trying to ID signed glassware with serial numbers?

I have three beautiful pieces, all with the same signature (can't read) two are dated 1990, one is 1995, all have a series of numbers on the underside of base. Does anyone recognize the work/artist and/or can anyone help direct me to correct location to ID if not here?

Any help Id'ing or a suggestion on where else I may be able to ID artist would be greatly appreciated.
